What is Jamu?

Jamu originated from Indonesia, and is believed to have existed over 1,300 years ago. Throughout history, Jamu was used as a herbal medicine made from natural products such as leaves, flowers, roots, and fruits.

A clear setup of Jamu Ingredients on top of a sheeted table. There are Turmeric, Ginger, Big Curcuma, Lemongrass, Lime, Cinammon, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Pandan Leaves, Black Pepper, Star Anise, all is fresh harvest and neatly put in a traditional wooden basket. Jamu Sehati is some of the most potent herbal magic I’ve ever come across! The ginger tamarind is amazing when I’m feeling congested or sick. I feel immediately better after drinking it. Love the strong ginger in this!

Absolutely love Balance as a daily maintenance jamu. Came across this jamu a few years ago and still my favorite to this day. Always a good pick me up on days I’m feeling a little bleh. I have recommended to all my friends and they love it!

The jamu is very rich and thick. As a young adult who menstruates, I would love to have the Yellow Detox during my phase and be the regular for Jamu Sehati.
